Goku said that Oob's is as strong as he expected. To be above Good Boo t0 be at Pure Boo's power. Oob's burst anger punch and kick made Goku understand his powers correctly. Goku took him along to train him to be stronger and to control his powers. Toriyama overpowered the series at it's end. You should blame him.

EOZ goku is as strong as SSJ# goku, the same goku thats full powerat kid buu, NOT the goku whos initial ssj3 form he couldnt use because of energy and stamina loss. No way is pre rosat gotenks stronger than full power ssj3 goku. But i do have gotenks at pre rosat (fused ssj at max power) strong enough to fight buu and possibly take care of him. But since he never was able to prove it, its up in the air, despite popular opinion. -_- Neither goku or gotenks could prove they could beat fat buu, despite gokus admittance to lying about not being able to later on. Piccolo knew gotenks wasnt ready the first time, but he KNEw gokus power and that ssj fused gotenks had to at least compare to that power in some way. Base gotenks= pre rosat ssj gotenks IMO, ssj gotenks, and ssj3 goku pretty much performed the same against Super buu, not very well. dang south kai must have been strong.
